🌬️ 1 Conscious breathing: 3 minutes to breathe (really)

No need for a yoga mat or total silence (spoiler: you won't get it 😅). As soon as baby feeds or sleeps, give yourself a real breathing moment.

🧘♀️ How to:

  • Inhale through your nose, counting to 4 🫁
  • Hold air for 2 seconds
  • Exhale slowly through the mouth, counting to 6 🕊️
  • Repeat 5 times

This little exercise slows down the pace, reduces stress and gives the impression of having regained a little control 💪

🍵 2. The evening infusion: your new little cocoon ritual

When the house calms down (a little), make yourself a comforting herbal tea. Verbena, fennel, lemon balm... gentle herbs that soothe and sometimes even support lactation 🌿
