The fabrication time for the embroidered products is of 7 working days.
All the packages without embroidered items are expedited 3 working days after order has been placed.
You can follow the different delivery steps thanks to the tracking number that will be send to you on your order confirmation email.
STANDARD DELIVERY
France by DPD between 5,80€ and 7,47€ depending on the weight of the parcel.
Belgium, Germany and Netherlands by DPD between 9,78€ and 10,20€ depending on the weight of the parcel.
Austria, Italy, Poland & Spain by DPD between 11,30€ and 12,21€ depending on the weight of the parcel.
Switzerland & UK by Colissimo La Poste between 13,50€ and 27€ depending on the weight of the parcel.

EXCHANGES & REIMBURSEMENT
You have 14 days starting on the day of the delivery of the package get a reimbursement on your order for whatever reason. All articles not returned in their original packaging will not be reimbursed.
Due to our internal politics we do not offer exchanges on any products.
The embroidered products cannot neither be exchanged nor reimbursed.
