📦 Tracking & Delivery times
Please carefully check your delivery information before confirming your order. Once your order has been confirmed, our logistics system does not allow us to make any changes (address, products, size, quantity, or delivery method).
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number, allowing you to track each stage of the delivery.
IMPORTANT! In the event of an incorrect or incomplete address, missing phone number, or any other information that prevents the package from being delivered, it will be returned to us. The customer will be responsible for the costs of returning and resending the package.
This rule also applies to any package shipped to a pickup point and not collected within the time frame specified by the carrier.
If the package is returned to our warehouse, return and reshipping fees will apply; if you choose a refund, return fees will apply.

Embroidered products: shipped within approximately 7 business days. Our workshop embroiders all garments at the time of order, so depending on our workshop's workload, orders may take up to 15 business days.
- Children's products: shipped separately within approximately 3–5 business days.
👉 If your order contains both embroidered and non-embroidered/printed items, it will be shipped in one shipment once the embroidered items have been finalized in our workshop.

Unprinted or unembroidered items may be returned within 14 calendar days of the delivery date. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. A €4 return processing fee will be deducted from the refund.

We take the utmost care in manufacturing our garments. Each garment comes with a 30-day warranty from the date of receipt covering any manufacturing defects.
After this period, no exchanges or replacements will be possible, even in the event of a defect.
We therefore invite you to check and try out your items as soon as you receive them, particularly the zippers, even if you do not plan to use them immediately, in order to ensure that they are in perfect condition within the warranty period.
Wear and tear resulting from use or washing does not constitute a manufacturing defect.

BREASTFEEDING CLOTHES
All of our nursing clothes are designed with discreet side openings—zippers that are invisible from the outside, allowing you to access your breast in seconds without having to lift your shirt or take it off. The opening closes perfectly, so no one notices a thing.
We recommend choosing your pre-pregnancy size. Our clothes are cut with enough room to accommodate postpartum body changes. If you’re unsure between two sizes, choose the larger one—especially if you’re breastfeeding, as your bust is often larger during this time. Our size guide is available on every product page.
Yes. The side openings allow you to use a breast pump without having to take off your clothes. This is especially convenient for discreet pumping sessions at the office or on the go.
Most of our pieces can be worn starting during pregnancy, especially T-shirts and sweatshirts. The fit is loose enough to accommodate a growing belly. For the final months, we recommend sizing up.
Our embroidery is handcrafted in our Parisian workshop and is designed to last. We recommend machine washing at 30°C, inside out, without a spin cycle. Avoid using a dryer to preserve the threads and colors for as long as possible.
Our garments are made from 100% cotton—soft, breathable, and ideal for frequent contact with your baby’s skin during feedings. No irritating ingredients, no chemical treatments.
Some of our items can be personalized with your baby's first name or a word of your choice. Personalization options are listed directly on the relevant product page.
Embroidered items are made to order in our workshop. Please allow about 7 business days for shipping, and up to 15 days during peak periods. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
Can I return an item if the size doesn't fit?
Items that are not embroidered or printed can be returned within 14 calendar days of receipt, provided they are unwashed and still have their original tags attached. Embroidered items are final—no returns or exchanges, as they are custom-made for you. If you have any doubts about the size, please feel free to contact us before ordering at bonjour@23maiparis.com.
