I love sweatshirts. I got size XL for an oversized fit, and it's perfect.

I encountered a few delivery issues, and when I opened my package, I discovered that I had received a plain white T-shirt when it was supposed to be embroidered. I wrote to them straight away, and their customer service was incredible—they took great care of me and sent me a new T-shirt! It's not quite what I wanted originally, as they're out of stock, but honestly, I'm very pleasantly surprised by this service. Anyway, I'm waiting for my second package, but I'm hopeful! Thank you! PS: the fabric quality is great!
