5 wellness routines for busy moms
Because taking care of yourself should never be a luxury.
Between waking up at dawn, forgotten snacks, Zoom meetings, and laundry piles, it's hard for a mom to find time for herself. And yet... a few minutes well spent on your well-being can change the mood of your entire day.

1. The light and breathing ritual (3 minutes)
Before you even jump out of bed, open the shutters. Let the daylight touch your skin. Then, inhale deeply and exhale slowly. Do this five times.
Why does it work?
It regulates your nervous system and sends a signal of calm to your brain. A mini-meditation that anyone can do, even with their eyes still half-closed.

2. The signature beauty gesture (2 minutes)
Rather than trying to do a complete routine every morning, choose a single gesture that makes you feel beautiful : apply lipstick, massage in a radiance serum, brush your hair mindfully. And why not put on a nursing top in which you feel beautiful to start the day?
Tip: Keep your "comfort product" handy in the hallway or kitchen. You can even use it between two slices of toast.

3. Coffee/tea... without screens (5 minutes)
The real challenge: not scrolling while you drink your hot beverage. Just savor it. Look out the window. Listen to the sounds of the house waking up.

5. The hallway stretch (1 minute)
While the water is boiling or you're waiting for your children to put on their shoes (again), do three gentle stretches:
