Two friends, one brand
Behind 23 Mai Paris, there are two of us:Éléonore and Marissa.
We’ve been friends forever—the kind who know each other inside and out, who can read each other’s thoughts with a single glance, and who understand each other without saying a word. Our friendship has stood the test of time, weathered trials and tribulations, and shared countless moments of laughter, and today it is the very heart of the brand. Because 23 Mai Paris, before it’s a story about clothing, is first and foremost the story of our friendship.
Inseparable and complementary
Everything brings us together, and yet everything sets us apart. One is spontaneous, the other is composed; one dreams big, the other plans and makes things happen.
And it is precisely these differences that are our strength. Together, we strike a rare balance: two visions, two sensibilities, but a single, shared standard.
Over time, our friendship has grown into a true family: today, we are godmothers to each other’s children—a bond that speaks volumes about the trust and affection that unite us.
Two Careers in Fashion and Design
Before joining forces, each of us had already forged our own path, always in the fields of creativity and entrepreneurship.
Éléonore created and managed her own website, specializing injewelry sales. This was a valuable first entrepreneurial experience that taught her attention to detail, an eye for aesthetics, customer relations, and how to manage a brand from start to finish.
Marissa, for her part, got her startdesigning children's clothing at Cordelia de Castellane. Working at a fashion house renowned for its elegance and craftsmanship, she honed her eye for beautiful fabrics, precise cuts, and meticulous finishes.
When Motherhood Brought It All Together
It was when we became mothers—almost at the same time—that our two worlds naturally came together.
Children's jewelry and clothing, entrepreneurship and creativity, spontaneity and precision: everything we had each built on our own has come together to form a shared purpose.
Faced with the same challenges when it came to finding clothes to wear while breastfeeding, we decided to create together the brand we would have loved to have at that time.
Two Moms, One Mission
Today, we dedicate all our energy, experience, and teamwork to a single mission: to make your daily life easier—and more stylish—at every stage of motherhood.
We never design a piece of clothing without asking ourselves, “Would I wear this myself?” And that’s undoubtedly the secret behind 23 Mai Paris, a brand created by moms, for moms, with love.
