Morning routine of a busy mom
Tips for starting the day right
Mornings with mom are often... intense! Between getting the baby ready, getting yourself ready, starting a load of laundry, and quickly answering an email, it takes a good dose of organization (and a little magic) to start the day off on the right foot.
Here are our tips for an effective, gentle, and stylish morning routine, even with a busy schedule!
Prepare (a little) the night before to save a lot of time in the morning.
Before going to sleep, prepare as many things as possible:
- Baby clothes
- Your clothes for the next day
- A ready-to-use diaper bag
- A quick breakfast straight from the refrigerator
→ Objective: to wake up feeling refreshed and avoid the stress of "I can't find my sock!"

Start the day with 5 minutes just for you
We know it's not always easy. But taking a few minutes to breathe, stretch, or drink a hot coffee in silenceThat changes everything. Put on one of our Comfortable nursing sweatshirts (special mention for our custom embroidered designs) for a stylish look in 2 seconds.
Tip: Set your alarm clock 10 minutes before everyone else (even if it's tempting to hit snooze!). This mini bubble can transform your entire morning.

Choose practical and attractive clothing
There's no question of sacrificing style for comfort! At 23 Mai Paris, we know that soft, easy-to-wear clothing that makes you feel good boosts your confidence first thing in the morning.
→ Opt for a discreet nursing T-shirt, a flowing dress, or a personalized embroidered sweatshirt. And presto, in two minutes you're ready (and stylish).
Get your baby involved (even just a little)
While you get ready, let your baby watch you or play in a baby bouncer. Talk to them and explain what you are doing: "Mommy is putting on her T-shirt, now we're going to brush our hair..."
→ It's a gentle, simple moment, but one that creates a bond while you get on with your tasks.

A morning playlist to motivate everyone
Whether it's soft music or upbeat songs, create a special "good morning" playlist. It puts everyone in the right frame of mind. Bonus: it helps baby recognize routines!

Accept that everything isn't always perfect
There will be chaotic mornings. Mornings without makeup, with a milk stain on your sweatshirt or spilled breakfast. And that's okay.
Remember: you are already a super mom. And your child loves you even without perfect hair.
