T-shirts, knit sweaters, hoodies, tank tops: find all our nursing tops here. They all have one thing in common: two side zippers that let you breastfeed without undressing, while still looking like a regular top. They’re available in sizes S through XL.

What does the “All Our Nursing Tops” collection include?

How do nursing zippers work?

Each top has a zipper on each side, located below the bust. To breastfeed, simply unzip the side corresponding to the breast you're feeding from: your baby has direct access to the breast, while the rest of the top covers your stomach and back.

With two zippers, you can switch between breasts without changing your outfit, and you can open both at the same time to use a double breast pump.

Can you see the openings?

No, or very little. The zippers are built into the side seams: once zipped up, they blend right into the garment. From the front, it just looks like a T-shirt or a sweater.

So you can wear your nursing tops to the office, to meetings, or out for the evening, without anyone realizing their purpose. On sweaters made of knit, the openings may have slight irregularities due to the nature of the fabric.

Which top should you choose depending on the season?

In the spring and summer, T-shirts and tank tops are the most comfortable: they're lightweight, easy to wash, and can be worn on their own or under an open shirt.

In the fall and winter, check out our knit sweaters (round neck, funnel neck, or trucker neck) and our sweatshirts. With the side zippers, you can breastfeed without lifting your sweater, and you’ll stay warm even when you’re outside.

Solid-color, printed, or embroidered: Which style should you choose?

Solid-color tops are the easiest to coordinate and form the foundation of your garde-Breastfeeding dress. Printed T-shirts add a message or a nod to motherhood.

With these customizable embroidered tops, you can add a first name, an initial, or a sweet message. They also make lovely baby shower gifts.

Can you wear them during pregnancy?

Yes, many of our tops can be worn right from the start of your pregnancy, especially loose-fitting T-shirts and sweatshirts. That way, you’ll already have them in your closet for those first feedings.

If your belly is already quite rounded, check the length of the top on the product page, or go up a size during your pregnancy.

How do I choose the right size?

As a general rule, choose your usual size: the zippers should fall below the bust for easy access. Each product page lists the model's size to give you a reference.

Some styles run differently. Our tank tops, for example, run small, so we recommend sizing up. Always check the sizing guide on the product page.

How can you wear them every day?

Breastfeeding t-shirt s with jeans and sneakers for days with the baby; a " knit " sweater with straight-leg pants and loafers for the office. Tank tops can be worn under a shirt or a cardigan.

To breastfeed discreetly, avoid wearing another top over the zippers. An open cardigan or jacket, on the other hand, is perfect.

How do you care for your nursing tops?

Wash them inside out at a maximum temperature of 30 °C, with the zippers closed to prevent them from snagging on other clothes. For the knit, a delicate cycle and line drying will help preserve the sweater's shape.

Avoid using the dryer. Iron printed and embroidered tops inside out; never iron directly on the design. Always follow the care label instructions.

How long does delivery take?

Our non-customized tops are shipped within 48 business hours. Custom embroidered items are made to order and shipped within approximately 7 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

What is the return policy?

You have 14 days after receipt to request a refund for an item that does not meet your expectations; exchanges are not permitted. Personalized items with embroidery cannot be returned or refunded. Please contact our customer service team in advance at bonjour@23maiparis.com.
