Once your order has been validated, our workshop will create your custom piece with the utmost care.

Embroidery lead time: approx. 7-8 working days
Delivery: fast and tracked throughout France and Europe

Each T-shirt is carefully wrapped in recycled tissue paper, ready to be given as a gift.

How do you care for your customizable T-shirt?

To preserve the quality of the cotton and the fineness of the embroidery, we recommend :

Wash gently at 30°C
Iron upside down at low temperature
Do not iron or smooth the embroidery directly before the first wash.

Each embroidered T-shirt is made to last and retain its beauty wash after wash.

How long does delivery take?

Customizable embroidered T-shirts: dispatched within 7 to 8 working days
T-shirts without personalization: dispatched within 48 working hours

Our deliveries are tracked and carefully packaged.

Can I exchange or return a customizable t-shirt?

Custom-embroidered T-shirts cannot be returned or refunded, as they are made especially for you.
Non-customized T-shirts, on the other hand, can be refunded within 14 days of receipt.
