Here are some tips from the team to keep your garment in perfect condition:

1. Never iron or use a steamer before the first wash.
2. Always wash the product before its first use.
3. We recommend machine washing at 30°C max and inside out.
4. Gentle ironing is recommended inside out over the embroidery.
5. Tumble drying and bleach are prohibited on our lovely products!

📦 Tracking & Delivery times

Please carefully check your delivery information before confirming your order. Once your order has been confirmed, our logistics system does not allow us to make any changes (address, products, size, quantity, or delivery method).

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number, allowing you to track each stage of the delivery.

IMPORTANT! In the event of an incorrect or incomplete address, missing phone number, or any other information that prevents the package from being delivered, it will be returned to us. The customer will be responsible for the costs of returning and resending the package. 

This rule also applies to any package shipped to a pickup point and not collected within the time frame specified by the carrier.

Shipping time :

• Non-embroidered or non-printed products: shipped within 24 to 48 business hours.

• Embroidered products: shipped within approximately 7 business days. Our workshop embroiders all garments at the time of order, so depending on our workshop's workload, orders may take up to 15 business days.

👉 If your order contains both embroidered and non-embroidered/printed items, it will be shipped in one shipment once the embroidered items have been finalized in our workshop.

🔁 Returns & Exchanges

❌ Non-refundable products :

• All purchases of embroidered products, whether personalized or not, arefinal: no returns or exchanges. 

✅ Reimbursable products :

• Printed or non-embroidered products may be returned within 14 calendar days of the delivery date. Returns are at the customer's expense. A processing fee of €4 will be deducted from the refund.

• Items must be returned directly to our warehouse. Nodeliveries to pickup points will be accepted.

• Items must :

  • Be unwashed

  • Have their original labels and packaging
    

✅ Quality guarantee - 30 days: 

We take the utmost care in manufacturing our garments. Each garment comes with a 30-day warranty from the date of receipt covering any manufacturing defects.

After this period, no exchanges or replacements will be possible, even in the event of a defect.

We therefore invite you to check and try out your items as soon as you receive them, particularly the zippers, even if you do not plan to use them immediately, in order to ensure that they are in perfect condition within the warranty period.

Wear and tear resulting from use or washing does not constitute a manufacturing defect.
