Here are a few tips from the team to keep your garment in perfect condition:

1. Never iron or use an ironer before the first wash.
2. always wash the product before using it for the first time.
3. Machine wash at 30° max, inside out.
4. We recommend gentle ironing inside out on the embroidery.
5. Do not tumble dry or bleach our beautiful products!

July/August vacations:

Due to the closure of our embroidery workshop during the summer vacations, all embroidered products (personalized or not) will be shipped from September 1st.

For the rest of the products on our site, shipping takes place within 24 hours as usual!

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number, enabling you to follow each stage of delivery.

Shipping time :

• Non-embroidered or non-printed products: dispatched within 24 hours.

• Embroidered products: dispatched within 7 working days.

👉 If your order contains both embroidered and non-embroidered/printed products, shipment will be made in several packages.

• Printed or non-embroidered products can be returned within 14 days, at the customer's expense.
