How do you customize a T-shirt?
On the product page, enter the text to be embroidered (first name, word, or phrase) in the field provided. The guidelines for each design (number of lines, number of first names, embroidery placement) are listed on the product page.
Please check the spelling carefully before submitting: personalized items cannot be returned or refunded.
How long does it take to receive an embroidered T-shirt?
Custom items are made to order: please allow up to about eight business days before shipment. Order in advance if you have a specific deadline.
How does the opening work?
Each T-shirt has two side zippers, one on each side of the chest. You open the side for breastfeeding, your baby can access the breast, and the T-shirt stays in place.

What kind of gift idea is an embroidered T-shirt?

What size should I choose?
Choose your usual pre-pregnancy size. If you're unsure, choose the larger size for a more comfortable fit. Since embroidered items cannot be altered, please double-check your size before ordering.
Can you wear them during and after pregnancy?
Yes, the fit is comfortable during pregnancy. With the zippers closed, they can still be worn comfortably after weaning.
How do you care for an embroidered T-shirt?
Wash it at 30°C on the delicate cycle, inside out with the zippers closed. Avoid the dryer and lay flat to dry to preserve the embroidery. Do not iron directly over the embroidery. Specific instructions are listed on each product page.
How long does it take for the clothing to be shipped?
Clothing is shipped within 48 business hours. For items with custom embroidery, please allow up to about eight business days.
What is the return policy?
You have 14 days after receipt to request a refund for an item that does not meet your expectations; exchanges are not permitted. Personalized items with embroidery cannot be returned or refunded. Please contact our customer service team in advance at bonjour@23maiparis.com.
