Maintenance

Here are a few tips from the team to keep your garment in perfect condition:

1. Never iron or use an ironer before the first wash.
2. always wash the product before using it for the first time.
3. Machine wash at 30° max, inside out.
4. We recommend gentle ironing inside out on the embroidery.
5. Do not tumble dry or bleach our beautiful products!

Disastrous experience

I ordered an embroidered product on the site which took me a month to receive. No information from the brand and laconic, late responses from customer service. It was a gift for a friend who had just given birth, and I received it too late to give it to her, so I wanted to return it, but customer service remained adamant about their terms and conditions despite this particular situation. No apology, no commercial gesture, I'm flabbergasted by the way customers are treated, I really don't recommend it.

Mitigated.

Very good quality products, both T-shirts and sweaters, really nothing to complain about. But shipping time is far too long: 4 weeks between order and shipment (and without embroidery customization) as opposed to the 48/72h advertised on the site. This is a real shame. So expect a longer delivery time for nursing mothers-to-be. However, I'd recommend it without hesitation, as the quality is truly impeccable.

Love it!

I've seen a friend with 23mai T-shirt breastfeeding her baby and she highly recommended it to me. I ordered 4 T-shirts and love wearing them so much. It's very easy to stay discreet while breastfeeding, even with a baby carrier. Good quality and beautiful design. Customer service is great too. Highly recommend!
