How do you choose the right size for a gift?

Choose the mother's usual pre-pregnancy size: our styles accommodate postpartum body changes. If in doubt, going up one size is often the safer choice.

For embroidered items, which cannot be exchanged, discreetly ask a friend or family member for advice. Product descriptions also indicate if a particular style runs small.

What if I don't know their size or what they like?

A gift card is the perfect solution: it’s sent by email, can be used anywhere on the site, and lets Mom choose her own size, color, and style.

What gift should you choose depending on the season?

In winter, a nursing sweater or sweatshirt keeps mom warm while breastfeeding. In summer, opt for a T-shirt or a lightweight tank top.

A " Breastfeeding t-shirt " remains the most versatile choice: on its own on warm days, or as a base layer when it's cold. It's suitable for babies of all ages.

How does a nursing garment work?

Our garments feature two side zippers, one on each side of the chest. To breastfeed, the mother unzips the side on the feeding side without lifting or removing the garment.

When zipped up, the zippers go unnoticed: the garment can be worn just like any T-shirt, sweater, or dress, both during and after breastfeeding.

How much should I budget?

There are options for every budget: a tank top or T-shirt ranging from about €20 to €40, a sweater made of " knit " for around €70 to €80, and an embroidered piece for around €40 to €75.

How should I care for donated clothing?

Our clothes should be washed at 30 °C on the delicate cycle, turned inside out with zippers closed. They hold up well to frequent washing during the first few months.

We recommend avoiding the dryer and not ironing directly over embroidery. Specific instructions are listed on each product page.

How long does it take for the clothing to be shipped?

Clothing is shipped within 48 business hours. For items with custom embroidery, please allow up to about eight business days.

What is the return policy?

You have 14 days after receipt to request a refund for an item that does not meet your expectations; exchanges are not permitted. Personalized items with embroidery cannot be returned or refunded. Please contact our customer service team in advance at bonjour@23maiparis.com.
