What is a maternity t-shirt?

This T-shirt is perfect for the entire period around childbirth: it’s flexible enough for a growing belly and practical enough for breastfeeding afterward, thanks to its two side zippers.

How does the opening work?

Each T-shirt has two side zippers, one on each side of the chest. You open the side for breastfeeding, your baby can access the breast, and the T-shirt stays in place.

Can you wear it at the maternity ward?

Yes, this is a great item to pack in your hospital bag: comfortable for the first few days, practical for the first feedings, and presentable for visitors. Be sure to pack two or three.

What size should I choose?

Choose your usual pre-pregnancy size or the next size up for late pregnancy and the postpartum period. Product pages list the model's height and size and indicate whether a style runs small.

How many T-shirts should I bring?

Bring four to six T-shirts so you can change easily: milk leaks and spit-ups often mean you’ll need to change clothes.

Can you wear them after breastfeeding?

Yes. With the zippers zipped up, these are classic T-shirts that you’ll continue to wear long after weaning. They also make a lovely gift for an expectant or new mom.

How do you care for a maternity T-shirt?

Wash it at 30°C on the delicate cycle, inside out with the zippers closed. Do not tumble dry; lay flat to dry. Specific instructions are listed on each product page.

How long does it take for the clothing to be shipped?

Clothing is shipped within 48 business hours. For items with custom embroidery, please allow up to about eight business days.

What is the return policy?

You have 14 days after receipt to request a refund for an item that does not meet your expectations; exchanges are not permitted. Personalized items with embroidery cannot be returned or refunded. Please contact our customer service team in advance at bonjour@23maiparis.com.
