Summer breastfeeding clothes

When the weather is nice, we want lightweight clothes: our summer nursing clothes are designed to let you nurse without getting too hot, with a double zipper opening that keeps you covered. Over 130 T-shirts, ranging from about €20 to €44, in solid colors, prints, or customizable designs.

What kinds of summer clothes are available?

How do you breastfeed when it's hot?

Drink fluids regularly, choose lightweight clothing, and simply unzip the side where you’re breastfeeding—the rest of the garment won’t trap heat against your baby. A small, thin cloth will absorb sweat between you and your baby.

Avoid exposing your baby to direct sunlight while breastfeeding, even under a beach umbrella.

How does the opening work?

Each garment has two side zippers, one on each side of the chest. You open the nursing side, your baby can access the breast, and the garment stays in place.

What colors should you choose for summer?

Light colors (white, sand, sky blue, yellow) reflect heat and go with everything. Heart or leopard prints add a cheerful touch. Avoid very dark colors in direct sunlight.

What should you wear to the beach or on vacation?

What size should I choose?

Choose your usual pre-pregnancy size; if you're unsure, go with the larger size for more comfort in warm weather. The product pages list the model's size and height.

Can you wear them during and after pregnancy?

Yes, these styles are comfortable to wear during pregnancy. With the zippers closed, they can still be worn long after weaning and also make a lovely gift for a new mom.

How do you care for summer clothing?

Wash it at 30°C on the delicate cycle, inside out with the zippers closed. Avoid the dryer and lay it flat to dry in the shade to preserve the colors. Specific instructions are listed on each product page.

How long does it take for the clothing to be shipped?

Clothing is shipped within 48 business hours. For items with custom embroidery, please allow up to about eight business days.

What is the return policy?

You have 14 days after receipt to request a refund for an item that does not meet your expectations; exchanges are not permitted. Personalized items with embroidery cannot be returned or refunded. Please contact our customer service team in advance at bonjour@23maiparis.com.
